Kickrickulum Downloads A refund request must be made by phone (toll free number)or through our submission form within 48 hours of purchase. A refund check will be mailed to the address you specify within 14 days of the request less 25% for our processing time and fees.(Issuing a refund check, original Pay Pal credit card fees.) As stated above - Sample lessons can be downloaded and tested. This is a trust factor on our part. With the digital nature of the purchase, you still have access to the material. Never the less - we want you to be satisfied! Example For a $30 download refund - you would receive a check for $22.50 CDS and Kickits Within 7 days of your purchase - contact Kickrickulum by the submission form or by our toll free number. An authorization number will be issued for the return. The material must be received by us in like new condition. If this condition is met - a refund check will be issued for the full purchase price within 14 days LESS the original shipping charge. You, the customer are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the material to us. If the material is damaged or has wear use evident - we will refund the purchase as listed above less an additional 20% material charge. Bottom line - we want to be fair - we want you to be satisfied. Because of the digital nature of downloads and CDs, lessons can be copied from the CD or in downloads, reside on your hard drive. They are usable though the physical goods are returned. Decorating kits Traditional shipped kits and downloads - all sales are final - no refunds can be given.
